I have spent more than 15 years working in data and analytics, from hands-on reporting and development to leading analytics teams and enterprise data initiatives.

I enjoy the point where business problems and technical possibilities meet: understanding what people actually need, making the problem concrete, and building something useful enough to improve through real feedback.
Over time, my work has expanded from reporting and analytics into data strategy, architecture, governance, cloud platforms, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. I still value staying close enough to the work to understand how solutions are built and used.
